Wedding Survival Tips All Mothers Of Brides Should Know.

Whew! All the planning and effort in making your daughter's wedding all she could hope is going to pay off in a few short days. But, the day is not here yet and in reality, the chaos has yet to begin. It is still two days till D-day, or should we say W-day, and all of the out-of-town guests are beginning to arrive. There is still the rehearsal dinner, wedding day set up, food, drinks, and details to chase. With the Bachelorette party in full swing, you sit to relax and take a moment to write a short article. Then it hits you, all of a sudden, you realize that you still must survive "the day."

If you are lucky you have a bride like my daughter, she is not really interested in all the hoo-ha but more about enjoying the day. She wants her guests to have fun but not really concerned that they be impressed, but more that they enjoy the day they get to spend with them. I am blessed in that she is pretty easy going in some areas. Except, her hair... yep, her hair. While she is wearing it in lovely flowing curls, a nice easy going hairstyle to go with this easy going wedding right? Wrong! Oh so very wrong. After dying her beautiful locks for the third time today she fusses over the hue of the color, examining every strand and with disgust, grabs yet another tube of hair color and schlumps off to to the maid of honor's house to do her hair yet again while getting ready for their night of karaoke.
